Delicious puff pastry filled with ground lamb sprinkled with garden peas, delicately seasoned with mild traditional Indian herbs and spices. Not hot and spicy - just delicious.
Ingredients:
Pastry: Wheat flour, margarine, vegetable mono & diglycerides, soy, lecithin, potassium sorbate, citric acid, yeast.
Filling: lamb, onions, tomatoes, garlic, ginger, chillies, peas, cilantro, spices (turmeric, garam masala, cumin). Glaze: egg, milk.
Oven bake from frozen at 400°F for 30 minutes until puffed and golden, with an internal temperature of 165°F
