Frozen uncooked sausage rolls for baking at home. Mrs Miggins own pork sausage meat blend inside puff pastry.
Our pork is from local Northern California hogs, which are Berkshire/Duroc cross breeds that are pasture raised and finished on Walnuts. They had a very happy life!
Ingredients:
Pastry: Wheat flour, margarine, vegetable mono & diglycerides, soy, lecithin, potassium sorbate, citric acid, yeast.
Filling: Ground pork shoulder, spices, breadcrumbs (wheat, dextrose, yeast, salt), salt, Pepper. Glaze: egg, milk.
Oven bake from frozen at 400°F for 30 minutes until puffed and golden, with an internal temperature of 165°F
