Delicious puff pastry pasties filled with a creamy sauce, plump with Mary's Free Range chicken and locally sourced bacon from Northern California hogs, which are Berkshire/Duroc crossbreeds that are pasture-raised and finished on walnuts. They had a very happy life!
Ingredients:
Pastry: Wheat flour, margarine, vegetable mono & diglycerides, soy, lecithin, potassium sorbate, citric acid, yeast.
Filling: Chicken, leek, bacon, cream, wheat flour, chicken stock, white wine, wholegrain mustard salt, pepper. Glaze: egg, milk.
Oven bake from frozen at 400°F for 30 minutes until puffed and golden, with an internal temperature of 165°F
