Mushrooms in creamy garlic and herb sauce inside puff pastry.
Be warned this is extremely garlicky and was created to keep the vampires away!
Ingredients:
Pastry: Wheat flour, margarine, vegetable mono & diglycerides, soy, lecithin, potassium sorbate, citric acid, yeast.
Filling: Mushroom, garlic, onion, butter, thyme, parsley, garlic powder, wheat flour, cream, milk, salt, pepper. Glaze: egg, milk.
Oven bake from frozen at 400°F for 30 minutes until puffed and golden, with an internal temperature of 165°F
