Delicious puff pastry savoury pasties, filled with prime Angus beef in meaty gravy. Like a Greggs Steak Bake but full of meat! Our beef is sourced from local Oak Ridge Angus in Calistoga, and is grass fed, non GMO and are corn and antibiotic free.
Ingredients:
Pastry: Wheat flour, margarine, vegetable mono & diglycerides, soy, lecithin, potassium sorbate, citric acid, yeast.
Filling: Beef steak, wheat flour, beef stock, salt, pepper, oregano, bay leaves. Glaze: egg, milk.
Oven bake from frozen at 400°F for 30 minutes until puffed and golden, with an internal temperature of 165°F
