Skinless and boneless salmon portion with a creamy cheddar spinach sauce wrapped in puff pastry.
Ingredients:
Pastry: Wheat flour, margarine, vegetable mono & diglycerides, soy, lecithin, potassium sorbate, citric acid, yeast.
Filling: Salmon fillet, spinach, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, English cheddar cheese, egg yolk, lemon juice, salt, pepper. Glaze: egg, milk.
Oven bake from frozen at 400°F for 30 minutes until puffed and golden, with an internal temperature of 165°F
