Our pork is from local Northern California hogs, which are Berkshire/Duroc cross breeds that are pasture raised and finished on Walnuts. They had a very happy life!
Bake in a pre heated oven at 400F for about 30 minutes until golden. Internal temperature must be over 165F.
Take and bake sausage rolls - 4 count (frozen)
Pastry: Wheat flour, margarine, vegetable mono & diglycerides, soy, lecithin, potassium sorbate, citric acid, yeast.
Filling: Ground pork shoulder, Mace, Onion granules, Ground ginger, Thyme, Ground nutmeg, Breadcrumbs (Wheat, dextrose, Yeast, Salt), Salt, Pepper
