Where do  you deliver?

When is the delivery window?

We currently deliver between 2-7 PM on Mondays. You will receive an email/text on the day of delivery with a specific ETA (updated live) + GPS tracking.

When is the order cut off time?

Noon on Thursday

Where is my driver?

We’ll send you a GPS tracking link on the day of delivery. You’ll see the driver’s real-time location and ETA.

I can't be home during the delivery window, what do I do? 

If you have a cool box that you can leave on your porch we can instruct our driver to leave your order inside the box. As our products are delivered frozen and are perishable we would not recommend arranging a delivery if you cannot be home, or cannot leave a cool box out. 

​

We can also deliver it to a different person and address, provided it’s in the same ZIP code.

​

Please email us instructions of where to leave your order if using either of the above options.

How much is the delivery charge?

Delivery is $10 or free for orders over $100

​

Do you ship nationally?

At the present time we are only doing local deliveries within the Bay area. 

​

Can I place a pre-order for collection at one of your farmers markets?

Absolutely. Please select our kitchen address as the collection point and let us know in your order notes which market you would like to collect from.

How do the items ship? 

All items ship frozen in insulated bags with an ice pack.

​

How do I store my items?

Please place your items into the freezer immediately upon receipt. Items should be cooked from frozen.
